Pastel colours always seem right as the snow melts. The days are getting lighter and longer. Things haven't quite de-frosted, but this time of year always brings about a hopefulness and promise of the return of bounty and colour. Here is a small collection of pieces I've created as I dream about the ground waking up after winter.
Seeds have been lying in the frozen ground all winter, ready to spring up as the sun and meltwater reach them. Striped agate drops hang from a seed-shaped stud.
