Slashpile Designs is all about creating jewellery that is intensely personal. See which of our product lines you can relate to or tell us your own story, memory or achievement and we will memorialize it for you as a unique wearable piece!

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout. You can also send us an e-mail to set up payment by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

 

Shipping

We ship pieces safely packed in a bubble mailer via Canada Post. Domestic orders are shipped Expedited with tracking (1-7 business days). US and International orders are shipped using the best available/economical service. Orders to the US typically arrive within 4-6 business days and international orders typically arrive within 7 to 22 business days. If you need express shipping or tracking, please send us a message and we would be happy to arrange it for you in a custom listing. If you are buying a gift for someone and want us to send the item directly to the recipient, just let us know! We provide free gift wrap and handmade cards/notes by special request! :)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, although we do everything that we can to make sure that packages reach their destinations as quickly and safely as possible.

International

Different countries have different rules and taxes related to goods entering the country. If you are concerned about customs fees, check with your national customs office. No Canadian taxes will apply on goods shipped out of Canada. The buyer is responsible for covering all customs or import fees. 

 

Returns

If you wish, we will happily exchange your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
