These pieces are all one-of-a-kind, made with stones that have been collected from far and wide; reclaimed from old jewellery that was melted down for the metal. In most cases, when people sell their gold and silver jewellery for cash, the pieces are melted down to refine and the stones get melted along with the metal. These earrings give recycled materials a second chance at being enjoyed. They incorporate a story within gemstones that had another life before, and reduce the environmental impact of mining for new ones.
These green tourmalines are both 4mm in diameter. One is a cool mint, and the other is a slightly more yellow-ish hue.
